The Jerusalem police arrested a 20 - year - old Haredi who threw explosives into the Toldot Aharon Beit Midrash and thus causing panic among the Chassidim celebrating "Hakafot Shniyot" on Mozzaei Simchat Torah. The Chassidim is from a different chassidic group and the police are investigating.

Amazing to be able to see the various rebbes and groups. I guess change is coming to them also (well, not to their society)
