The picture shows Rabbi Moshe Zvi Dushinsky and the Gaon Rabbi Joshua Buchsboim. The young man on the right is Rabbi Israel Moshe ??? vom the Edah HaCharedit.
He is coming to Baltimore this week...very exciting. Tish @ 8pm @ R'Taub's shul, shabbos parshas Chayei Sarah.

reb Yisroel Moshe is also Dushinsky, he was reb Yosef tzvi's son
