    Why is there no Italian Quarter in NY, or Turkish Quarter in Berlin, or Muslim Quarter in Paris? There are enough Koreans to have a Korean Quarter in Tokyo, and a Chinese Quarter in Moskow, and yet, only Yerushalim has been "quartered"
