Against the EVIL EYE (Ayin HaRah)

I went into a Jerusalem spice store in Jerusalem and found this kind of a "funny" way protecting oneself against the EVIL EYE (Ayin HaRah). 

It looks like a mixture of little branches, stones and maybe some spices.
