Rabbi Jeremy Gimpel & the Christians

B"H

These days, Jeremy Gimpel seems to be very busy promoting his new party running for the Knesset. Especially among the Anglo - Saxon communities all over Israel. For quite a few years, Jews doing research on fundamentalist Christian missionary groups have been telling me about Gimpel and his Christian involvement. The Rabbi seems to like the Christians too much. Either them, their money and support or everything together.

If you ask me, keep away from Gimpel and his new party. It is simply a disgrace how Rabbis, Shlomo Riskin included, leave Orhtodox traditions in order to get involved with Christian missionary groups.

My question:

How is Gimple financing his new party and where does the money come from ?

  1. Jeremy Gimple and Ari Abramowitz are raising signatures to run for slots in the primary of the Bayit Yehudi party. They state that they are trying to be a voice for the English speaking residents of Israel. Here is their site:

Do you really think it is such a great idea supporting those two having a weirdo reputation. What we finally need in the Knesset are some honest representatives and not any further guys being after Christian cash.

  3. I support Ari Abramowitz and Jeremy Gimpel and wil be voting for them. I think you're being too harsh. I have liked them every since their radio show on Arutz Sheva.

Well, I linked to JEWISH ISRAEL and when you read their article carefully (incl. following their links) you should realize who is really behind the Gimpel campaign. As a matter of fact, I have heard about Americans in Jerusalem canceling their Gimpel membership and forwarding others the Jewish Israel link.

It is up to you if you vote for him but you should know in advance, for whom you are voting.
