There are quite a few locals claiming that the people hanging out at the Kikar (Square) don't enjoy the best reputation. Hippies, Carlebachers or weirdo Breslovers. Americans as well as Israelis.
Tourists, however, like the spot because the buildings around remind us of a Shakespeare scene on stage.:-)
