Urban Legend: "Snake People" and "Mermaids"

For different reasons, many people are attracted by distorted humans or nature disasters. Mermaids and other strange looking people have been arousing curiosity for hundreds of years. Today, a couple of video fakers put their videos into Youtube in order to get more readers onto their websites. Others just mislead people like in the video showing a "Snake Woman". This video is a complete fake and I wrote a Youtube comment:

It is an obvious computer fake. Furthermore, it is biologically impossible that a being "half man half animal" could exist. According to medical aspects, this is just impossible but people are attracted by the idea and others know how to exploit that kind of curiosity, as you can see in the video.

Until the Flood and Noach's Generation, humans had a different DNA and it was common that babies were born after humans and animals were having sex together. See Talmud Sanhedrin 108 ff. With this kind of perversion, the Generation of Noach destroyed G - d's Ma'aseh Bereshit (creation) and, in my opinion, this was the real reason why G - d brought about the Flood. However, after the Flood, humankind underwent a DNA change and, from then on, it was impossible for a human bearing a baby from an animal.

So, there are neither "Snake People" nor anything similar. On a medical basis, this would simply be impossible ! A human can not become a fly (see movie THE FLY) or any other animal - like monster (see movie THE RELIC).

The Israeli Police Unit YASSAM and the Nazi - SS

The below video has become famous throughout Israel and our media is reporting. The person who made this video is comparing the Israeli police unit YASSAM with the Nazi - SS. In the meantime, the Israeli police has started an investigation against the person uploading the video onto Youtube. The official version is that probably a member of the settler movement has produced and uploaded the clip.

Instead of starting an investigation against the settler beating Yassamniks, the police are running after the victims (settlers). 

The Six - Day - War in 1967 and Yom Yerushalaim

This Wednesday, Israel and especially Jerusalem are celebrating YOM YERUSHALAIM; the reunification of Jerusalem by Israel winning the Six - Day - War in 1967. Usually the national religious Mizrachi movement is celebrating the day with the "March of the Flags" from Jerusalem's Gan Sacher (Sacher Park) to the Kotel (Western Wall). Young national religious Zionists are euphorically waving Israeli flags. Hardly any secular or haredi Jew is participating in this march. Besides some PR - trucks from the Nana - Breslovers and Chabad.

When you live in Jerusalem, you realize how important the unification was for the city itself. I am not necessarily referring to Judaism but to the daily life. Today it sometimes seems that walls and separation fences still exist. Besides the by the government built separation wall due to Palestinian terrorism. On a daily basis, Arabs walk around in West - Jerusalem. They shop there and they work there. When we, as Jews, go to East Jerusalem and walk around in Palestinian neighbourhoods, we are not welcomed and many times cursed or being yelled at.

The Toldot Avraham Yitzchak Tish is always wild. Mostly due to Rebbe Shmuel Yaakov Kahn but you simply have to love this Rebbe.

And now, we are coming to the Belzer Purim Tish 5771. The Belzers are extremely disciplined and there is no messing around ! Everything is in order. Even the fruit served at the end of every Tish.

"Sleeping with the Enemy" - Jewish Girls marrying Arabs

Several places in Israel, unfortunately, have a high per centage of Jewish women marrying Arabs. For instance: Nazeret, Yaffo, Haifa but also Zfat (Safed). The strange thing in Zfat is that mainly religious, even haredi, girls getting involved with Arabs studying at the local academy.

Why are Jewish girls getting involved with Arabs ?

Mostly because the girls feel neglected at home. Maybe the parents don't have money but the girl has desires such as new clothes, the latest cell phone or only attention. Then suddenly someone shows up and is giving her presents. The girl is happy and forgets that the guy giving her the presents is an Arab. The girl keeps on telling herself that everything is not so bad and that her new boyfriend is a good Arab.

After a while, the Jewish parents freak out and throw the girl out of the house. The girls doesn't know what to do and, in the worst case, may marry her Arab boyfriend. If she does, he will take her to his village and there usually waits hell. His family doesn't want the Jewish girl, the Arab my have further wives, he beats the Jewish girl, he doesn't let her out of the house. In other words, the Jewish girl is trapped.
