What I hate in Tel Aviv

What I hate in Tel Aviv and what really brings me up the roof is when the inhabitants wish each other "A great Weekend !" 

No "Shabbat Shalom" but a "Nice Weekend". When I hear this I feel like in Galut (Diaspora) but not like in a Jewish country.
