In order to start a Jewish counterpart to the Arab propaganda channel "Al Jazeera", some rich Russian Jews started the Jewish TV "JEWISH NEWS 1". So far, it doesn't look that international to me and when my German readers keep on asking about further details of the channel, I have not much to answer. The programme can only be received via satellite but, at least, I can publish the Jewish News 1 Youtube page
