Mazze Baking without Gender Separation

The baking of ones own Pessach Mazzot is a Mitzvah and the medieval Kabbalist, Rabbi Yitzchak Luria, considers the Mazze baking as a Tikun (soul rectification). 

The below picture shows a Mazze bakery in Israel. Men and women are working together side by side and no one is sreaming for a gender separation.
