Concerning the Mea Shearim demonstration last Shabbat:
The police are carrying away a chassidic child. Is this picture outrageous because the police jumped on that child or rather because the parents allowed the boy to take part in the demonstration ?
I am thinking that both sides need to sit down and talk. Children should not be put in this situation and police should not have to "haul away" children. While each side has merit it seems to me that both are wrong when I look at this picture!

ReplyDeleteI don't think that this is only taking place in Israel but almost everywhere in the world. In Israel, however, it may play a role that usually the police hate the religious.
There is an anti - missionary Site called JEWISH ISRAEL and they even report about a Yassam policeman who became a messianic Jew and now runs after all religious Jews in Jerusalem.
