Chassidut Karlin - Pinsk is relatively "new". It has it's origin in Karlin - Stolin but the "later" Pinsker Chassidim did not accept the present Stoliner Rebbe and appointed someone else.
Today, they basically wear the same dress in Jerusalem. Someone told me that the Pinsker also keep the same customs but have their own Synagogue. So far, I haven't been to their Synagogue but I found a few photos of the Pinsker Rebbe walking at Netanya beach.
Wow, they even brought the special Rebbe chair with them ! Can't the Rebbe just sit on a different chair for a change ?
