No matter if Hechsherim (kosher certificates) or Mazzot for Pessach - fraud is just everywhere. People have to be very careful what to eat and from whom. Many religious Jews only buy or eat from / at places where they know the owner and his business practises.
Especially on Pessach, one has to be extremely careful and every year anew we hear from faked Mazzot.
HERE is the latest incident !
