It is true that not everything about the Zionist Movement can neither find admiration nor glorification. On the contrary because Zionism does have its dark side. Theodore Herzl wasn't perfect at all and a topic I have been planning to write about for years: The Mizrachi Movement and its role in the Holocaust by Rabbi Chaim Michael Dov Weissmandel.
Here is another 20 minutes video documentary which tells the story of four secular Israelis who did Teshuvah and became religious when they discovered the sad truth about Zionism. The documentary is titled "Herzl led me to do Teshuvah", a very well chosen title, and is in hebrew:
