Michael's cancer has already reached stage four but he took it with "humour". At least in public.
However, I don't think that his chemotherapy is very funny and deep inside of himself, Michael knows about the seriousness and danger of his illness.
Patrick Swayze and Farah Fawcett just died of cancer one year ago.
