The picture shows Rabbi Moshe Zvi Dushinsky and the Gaon Rabbi Joshua Buchsboim.
The young man on the right is Rabbi Israel Moshe ??? vom the Edah HaCharedit.
Unfortunately, I didn't get the family name.
reb Yisroel Moshe is also Dushinsky, he was reb Yosef tzvi's son
