Israel's Water Catastrophe

B"H

The Kinneret (Sea of Galilee), Israel's only sweet water supply, is drying out. The last rain showers this Sunday, caused the lake to rise for about 5 cm but it is not enough. Hopefully G - d will grant us some more rain.

Here are some photos of the current situation:

Next to the Kinneret: Usually people keep their private boats here.
Watch how the water is drying out and leaving the dry land expanding.

This entire shore is usually covered with water. Until the walls
of the building to the right.

  1. I also read on a Chabad news website yesterday that after diesel fuel contaminated the water supply of some 3,000 of the city's residents of Tzfas, many people carry water to replenish their water supply.
