Graffiti in Bnei Brak

I saw that graffiti in Rabbi Akivah Street in Bnei Brak the other day. In Hebrew it says "Zniut LeTovatech" and, as we see from the ending of the last word, it refers to women. However, some people may also read it "Zniut Le'Tovatcha" and thus applying it to men as well.

My thought is that it refers only to females and "Zniut Le'Tovatech" means in English "Modesty for your own Benefit". 

I wasn't modest enough when I passed Rabbi Akivah Street because I wore jeans but seeing this kind of graffiti almost blew my mind. It must have been written by a man who has certain dirty thoughts in his mind.
