  1. So on Purim instrumental music is allowed in Yerushalayim? I guess it makes sense, but just wondering how it works.

    There has always been instrumental music here. Bands are playing all over the place. From Toldot Aharon to Karlin - Stolin and even in the Mishkenot HaRoim.
