We all know the famous "Chabad Houses" spreading all over the world. Chabad seems to be just anywhere and even in the deepest jungle it is very likely that you may bump into a Chabad Shaliach. A famous joke talks about a Chabad branch on the moon.
Now the "Chabad House" in Bejing / China celebrated its new Torah scroll (Hachnasat Sefer Torah). The ceremony took place at a fancy hotel next to the Chabad House and the guests were the Israeli ambassador and haredi or other business men who happened to be in Bejing.

The final step: According to tradition, the last letters of the Torah scroll are being written just before the ceremony.
